- Hardwood Frame Construction – Over 90% of our furniture frames are manufactured on-site in the U.S. Consisting of 4/4 kiln-dried hardwood and laminate with reinforced stress-points, our frames ensure strength and durability.
- Durable Seat Support – Constructed of 8-gauge steel sinuous springs and stabilizer wire connectors, our furniture is built to withstand heavy use while creating comfort and support.
- Your Fabric or Ours – If you have a specific pattern in mind you can provide your own fabric, but we also offer a large selection of commercial-grade fabrics to meet any budget.
- Commercial-Grade Foam – Our standard cushions utilize high density 1.8 lb. HR Endurofoam that meet CAL 117 standards. All cushions are wrapped in a synthetic material to enable fabric movement.
- Contract Furniture Company provides a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the frame and springs, and a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for cushions, under conditions of normal contract use.
