Powder Coating
We've updated our powder coating process and installed state-of-the-art equipment. Our products go through a six-step process to ensure the highest quality and longevity.
Our powder-coating system meets and exceeds AAMA 2605-04 test specifications. Our coating stands up to some of the toughest test specifications, including adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and fade resistance, to ensure that our product is one that will last.
AAMA Testing
Our coating underwent a corrosion-resistance test that includes a salt-spray test, which involves multiple steps. First, using a sharp knife, the film is cored sufficiently deep to reveal the base metal. Then, the product is exposed to 3,000 hours in a salt-spray cabinet.
