Product Features

Plastisol Coating
  • Our extensive selection of Plastisol-coated outdoor furniture and site amenities are designed to endure the harshest of weather conditions from season to season. These coated pieces consist of a 1/4" Plastisol coating, heat-fused and permanently bonded to the steel - this is 30 times the thickness of pains and powder coatings.

    Low/No Maintenance
  • Can be left outdoors all year - no need for winter storage.
  • Open design facilitates self-cleaning and discourages graffiti.
  • Will not leaf-stain or absorb water, grease, or oil.
  • Open design resists being blown over, even in the strongest winds.

    Rugged Durability
  • Five-year limited Plastisol warranty (the industry's finest).
  • Rust and corrosion resistant.
  • Will not crack, peel, warp, or rot.
  • Plastisol is unaffected by common acids, alkalis, salts, acid rain, sewage, or sea water.
  • Stable, reinforced construction with stainless and/or galvanized steel.
  • Flame-resistant.

    Powder Coating
  • We've updated our powder coating process and installed state-of-the-art equipment. Our products go through a six-step process to ensure the highest quality and longevity.
  • Our powder-coating system meets and exceeds AAMA 2605-04 test specifications. Our coating stands up to some of the toughest test specifications, including adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and fade resistance, to ensure that our product is one that will last.

    AAMA Testing
  • Our coating underwent a corrosion-resistance test that includes a salt-spray test, which involves multiple steps. First, using a sharp knife, the film is cored sufficiently deep to reveal the base metal. Then, the product is exposed to 3,000 hours in a salt-spray cabinet.
