All frames are made of heavy gauge aluminum. Frame parts are formed to shape by automatic presses with specially designed dies to assure all parts are uniform. All parts are heliarc welded to provide better penetration and strength, then hand ground to ensure a smooth appearance. The finish is a diamond bond and utilizes the latest technology in powder coat finishing.

• Vinyl strap furniture remains a popular choice. Strapping is 2" wide and contains mildew and UV inhibitors. The strap used on all products is virgin vinyl which contains no foreign bonding agents which can deteriorate the usefulness of the vinyl long before its time.
