This patented design triangulates the structural connection between the rear legs and the rest of the seat board. Strategically placed at the stress point between the rear legs of the chair, and tied into the seat, this design keeps the chair from twisting and helps the overall rigidity.
2. Corner to Corner gusset style welds
Exclusive frame construction utilizes eight corner=to-corner, gusset style welds - four on the top and four more on the bottom - each a minimum of 1 1/2" long. All eight welds are placed on the corner edge of the tubing, the point of highest density and mass, for unparalleled strength. 3. Stack Bars
Designed for situations where chairs are stacked frequently. Stack bars force the chairs to stack squarely which reduces wear and tear on seat upholstery

A contoured frame with curved plywood forms a bilateral design that combines the comfort of a contoured back with traverse lumbar support. Unlike flat-backed chair designs, the curved chair back provides added support across the lateral muscle groups and results in improved seating comfort.

This seating system provides exceptional comfort for the extended seating required at banquets and conferences. A luxurious layer of specially formulated COMFORTmode foam supported by flexible rubber and polypropylene stretchband material delivers responsive, reliable comfort.
7. Standard Floor Glides
The swivel floor glide utilizes an exclusive double-tiered spring steel clip attachment with eight fingers for maximum holding power. The protective boot portion of these glides is constructed of clear vinyl with a protective bumper molded into the boot to assist in stacling and to provide additional protection to the frame.
8. Foam Padding: Comfort and Safety are Standard.
COMFORTmode foam is standard on all stack chairs. This specially formulated, highly resilient foam pad meets flammability requirements C.T.B #117.

BioFlex is made of approximately 20% soy-based polyols in place of the standard petroleum-based polyols in urethane foam, while providing the same comfort and durability as standard urethane. <br><br><li>Powder coating - The powder we use is free of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and nearly all excess powder is reclaimed and reused in the application process. <br><br><li>Recycling - The packaging, frame, wood components, foam and upholstery of your chair may all be recyclable through local resources. </ul>)
