All frames are made of heavy gauge aluminum. Frame parts are formed to shape by automatic presses with specially designed dies to assure all parts are uniform. All parts are heliarc welded to provid better penetration and strength, then hand ground to ensure a smooth appearance. The finish is a diamond bond and utilizes the latest technology in powder coat finishing.

• Frame uses the highest grade of commercial grade aluminum available. Extrusions incorporate substantially heavy walls and ribs for exceptional strength. All furniture is tested to meet industry standards for commercial quality outdoor furniture.
• All frames are finished with durable powder coat finishes. These powder coatings are sprayed and baked onto the frame at extremely high temperatures for a long lasting durable finish
• Vinyl strap furniture remains a popular choice. Strapping is 2" wide and contains mildew and UV inhibitors. The strap used on all products is virgin vinyl which contains no foreign bonding agents which can deteriorate the usefulness of the vinyl long before its time.
